We are incredibly honored to boast Mark Reynolds as our Principal Presenter for this event. 
His experience is vast and paralleled only by his generosity of spirit. 

In the early 70s, Mark Reynolds turned a childhood passion of exploring into Wilderness Expeditions International, one of the largest Outdoor, Adventure and Science Expedition companies at that time. This company would grow to include two divisions that would set new benchmarks in publishing and TV/video work with multiple awards and he would go on to be one of the founding judges for the National Outdoor Book Awards.

Whilst working alongside various other international companies and organizations in his industry, in 1995 he became sought after for his unique insight into strategic development and listed in the who's who within his industry for his accomplishments. That recognition lead to the start as a Business Strategist and the founder of Divergent Business Innovations, which now services companies of all sizes, including various levels of Governments to address their current situations. 

The long list of work includes the Samoan Islands, Quito, Ecuador, The Galapagos Islands, Costa Rica, British Columbia, Kenya and many other governments and municipalities to name just a few. In 2002, Mark was sought after by Washington DC to speak to the league of nations and has been a visiting professor to over 19 Universities. He was department head over his own program at two private Universities which sought him out to teach what he was doing at Wilderness Expeditions International.

As Principal Presenter, Mark Reynolds will deliver our commencement address, host our exciting ENE15X9 Speaker Sessions and announce the winner of our International Business Owner of the Year award at the gala dinner.

THE HISTORY
 
"There is no place that conjures up in my mind more Irish romance than the wide and fair domains of Crom,” John Ynyr Burges of Parkanaur, wrote this observation in his diary in 1863. A tribute to the magnificent seat of the Earls of Erne in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.



THE ESTATE 

The Crom Castle Estate includes the ruins of the Old Castle burned down in 1764, The Victorian Boathouse built by the 3rd Earl of Erne and was the former Lough Erne Yacht Club. Guests also experience the tea house, the church, schoolhouse and many other unique features of the estate's old charm. The castle is privately owned by the Crichton family, Earls of Erne and the estate is managed by the National Trust.
THE ACCOMMODATION

Crom Castle is privately owned by The Earl and Countess of Erne and not open to the general public. A home rather than a hotel where guests can enjoy the warmth and hospitality by The Earl and Countess and their wonderful staff. All bedrooms are warmly decorated with ensuite bath and shower rooms and give the feel of a home.
